Thank you for shopping with Homayoun Studio. Please review our shipping policy to understand how your order will be processed and delivered.

SHIPPING RATES

We offer complimentary UPS Ground shipping on all U.S. orders.

International shipping is not currently available. We are actively working to make Homayoun Studio available outside the United States in the future.

SHIPPING LOCATIONS

We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

International shipping is not yet available.

PROCESSING AND DELIVERY

Orders are generally processed and shipped within three (3) business days of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or federal holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

U.S. orders are shipped via UPS Ground and typically arrive within 2–7 business days after shipment, excluding weekends and holidays.

Processing and delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delivery may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Because fragrances are regulated for transportation, certain expedited or alternative shipping methods may not be available.

TRACKING INFORMATION

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after UPS receives your package.

SHIPPING ADDRESSES

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at info@homayoun.studio.

We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered processing or has been shipped.

Homayoun Studio is not responsible for packages delayed, lost, or delivered incorrectly because of an incomplete or inaccurate address entered at checkout.

DELAYED, LOST, OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Delivery times may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Homayoun Studio is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or delayed while in the carrier's possession, or for packages marked as delivered by UPS.
