Where do you currently ship?
We currently ship within the United States. We hope to introduce international shipping in the future.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery times will appear during checkout and may vary depending on your location.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.
How much does shipping cost?
Full-size fragrance orders include complimentary standard shipping. Shipping charges for sample-only orders are calculated at checkout.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible at info@homayoun.studio. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but orders cannot be changed or canceled after they have been processed.

Can samples be returned?
For hygiene and product-integrity reasons, opened or used fragrance samples are generally not eligible for return.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Email info@homayoun.studio as soon as possible with your order number and clear photographs of the product and shipping packaging.
We will review the issue and help determine the appropriate resolution.
How long do refunds take?
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

What concentration are your fragrances?
Our fragrances are Eau de Parfum concentrations, created to provide a rich scent experience with lasting wear.
Longevity may vary depending on skin type, climate and how the fragrance is applied.
Can I sample a fragrance before buying?
Yes. Our 2 ml samples allow you to experience the fragrance on your skin before purchasing a full-size bottle.
Does my sample include a full-size discount?
After purchasing a sample, you will receive a discount code that can be applied toward a full-size bottle.
Are your fragrances unisex?
Yes. Our fragrances are created without gender restrictions and are designed to be worn by anyone drawn to the scent.
