Refund policy

FINAL SALE

Because our fragrances are handmade to order, all purchases are final and cannot be returned or exchanged, except in the case of an item that arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Fragrance is highly personal and may smell different depending on individual preferences, skin chemistry, environment, and application. We do not accept returns or exchanges because a customer dislikes a fragrance, changes their mind, or feels that the fragrance smells different than expected.

We strongly recommend purchasing a sample before committing to a full-size bottle whenever a sample is available.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged or defective, or if you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within seven (7) days of delivery at info@homayoun.studio.

Please include the following information:

Your full name
Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photographs of the item and its packaging

After reviewing your claim, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost when appropriate.

If a replacement is unavailable, we will issue a refund for the affected item.

Claims submitted more than seven (7) days after delivery may not be eligible for a replacement or refund. Items that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery are not eligible.

REFUNDS

Refunds are generally issued only when an eligible damaged, defective, or incorrect item cannot be replaced.

Once a refund has been approved, it will be issued to the original payment method.

Processing times vary by bank or payment provider, and it may take several business days for the refund to appear on your account.

Original purchases remain final sale unless they qualify under the damaged, defective, or incorrect-item policy above.

SHIPPING

We offer complimentary UPS Ground shipping on all U.S. orders.

Orders are generally processed and shipped within three (3) business days of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or federal holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

UPS Ground orders typically arrive within 2–7 business days after shipment, excluding weekends and holidays.

International shipping is not currently available. We are actively working to expand Homayoun Studio shipping outside the United States in the future.
