Introduction to Homayoun

The Beginning

Homayoun Studio was founded with the belief that fragrance is more than something we wear. It is a way of preserving memory, evoking emotion, and creating beauty in everyday life.

The name Homayoun comes from the classical Persian word homāyūn, a term that translates to fortunate, blessed, auspicious, royal, and imperial. Throughout Persian history, it was used to describe that which was noble, distinguished, and favored. The word carries a sense of elegance and refinement that has endured for centuries.

We chose the name because it reflects the values at the heart of our brand. We believe luxury is not defined by excess, but by intention. It is found in craftsmanship and in the stories behind the objects we choose to surround ourselves with.

Persian heritage, bottled.

Persian Heritage

As a fragrance house rooted in Persian heritage, our perspective is shaped by a culture with a long history of artistry, craftsmanship, and fragrance. From citrus groves along the Caspian coast to the use of rosewater, saffron, and tea in everyday life, scent has long been woven into the fabric of Persian culture. These traditions continue to inspire the fragrances we create.

At Homayoun, we reinterpret Persian heritage through a contemporary lens, creating fragrances that feel both timeless and modern. We incorporate ingredients sourced from Iran whenever possible, connecting our creations to the landscapes that inspire them.

A Measured Approach

Every release is produced in limited quantities, allowing us to focus on craftsmanship over volume. We develop our fragrances slowly, refining each composition until it captures the feeling we set out to create. This measured approach gives us the freedom to remain creative, thoughtful, and uncompromising in what we bring to life.

Homayoun is a fragrance house rooted in Persian heritage and guided by a modern vision of luxury. Through scent, we seek to celebrate the enduring beauty of Persian culture through fragrances designed to be worn, lived with, and made personal.

Welcome to Homayoun.
