We currently only offer domestic shipping within the United States. All fragrances are shipped within 3 days of purchase via ground transport, by law. Please allow 2–7 business days, excluding weekends and holidays, to receive your item(s).

We are not responsible for incorrectly entered addresses at checkout and/or lost, stolen, or delayed packages due to the carrier.

Please note all of our fragrances are handmade to order and may not be returned or exchanged. All sales are final.

Due to the subjective nature of fragrance, we do not accept exchanges or returns based on dislike of a scent. We recommend purchasing samples before committing to a full-sized bottle.

If your item is defective, damaged during transport, or the incorrect item was shipped, please email us within seven (7) days of receiving your order. Include your name, order number, description of the issue, and clear photographs of the item. If the item is no longer in stock, we will issue a refund.
